When spreadsheet protection is turned on, you can still expand and collapse
outlining by pressing the little [+]/[-] buttons. This is a Good Thing (and
unlike Excel's behaviour). But Calc also lets you *remove* the outlining - this
is Bad, since it is destroying structure.
I think Calc should disable the commands for removing outlining when a sheet is
protected, but continue to allow the expand/collapse buttons to work.

Hi Niklas,

view/hide of subtotals in an protected document is Ok because this is the
functionality of this feature. Removing subtotals from the protected document is
not because a defined subtotal setting is part of the structure of the document.
