Please have a look at the attached screenshot:
There you can see the window where user-defined formats can be applied, 
deleted...

When pressing the red X to delete such an entry, Calc always jumps out 
of "Benutzerdefiniert" (german version) to "Zahl".
So if the user wants to delete more entries there, he has to switch back each 
time...

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
