formatting lost when merging cells and cell content is concatenated

1st of all: you concatenate the cell contents if one merges several cells in 
one column which all contain text: excellent!!


You do not however retain the formatting (eg. bold text) of the text.

I'd like this to also occur!

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
