Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 124787
Calc OLE object shown shifted upwards in Text OLE object
Last modified: 2014-05-01 07:59:36 UTC
Created attachment 83302 [details] Sample Document Reproducible with "AOO 4.1.0 RC4 – German UI / German locale [AOO410m18(Build:9764) - Rev. 1589052 2014-04-22 11:43:54]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4. User Profile used for all predecessor versions: You can simply open attached sample document and compare pasted cells contents in Writer OLE object immediately after you have opened the document and after a double click on the Writer Text Ole Object (now at correct position behind light blue arrow). There is no need to create an own sample, the problem is a VIEWING problem: (a) Opened sample object viewing already wrong (shows upwards shift as current AOO versions) with sever installation of "OOo 3.3.0 English UI / German locale [OOO330m20 (Build 9567)]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) DE (b) With server installation of "Ooo 3.1.1 German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) DE [OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]" everything looks ok when document opened, but after double click into text OLE object and click back to spreadsheet viewing is broken, cells in text object are shown outside text object area at E38:E39 Same with OOo 3.2.1 (c) was still ok with OOo 2.0.2, OOo 1.1.5 (d) Not a problem in DRAW OLE object (e) I did not observe the problem in a Writer OLE Object in DRAW when I copy paste cells from Calc OLE object in the Draw document.
Confirmed with AOO410m18(Build:9764) - Rev. 1589052 2014-04-22 12:11 - Linux x86_64 Debian
