If you have a comment that is part of the frozen row and unfrozen row, when you scroll down, the comment still shows partially instead of disappearing due to the frozen row.

In order to reproduce the error, these are the following steps that I took:
1) Create a table with a few columns and rows (I created a 19x3 table)
2) Insert a comment on the 1st cell of the 2nd row (I created on cell A2)
3) Set the comment to always show by using Right-Click on cell with comment => Show Comment
4) Set the freeze on the 1st cell of the 2nd row (A2) by selecting the cell => click Window => click Freeze
5) Scroll down a couple of rows ( I scrolled down until Row 5 is the 2nd row)
6) Part of the comment disappears, but the one that hovers the frozen row is still visible

This is for the following version of Apache Open Office:

I have managed to confirm the bug. Additionally, the remainder of the comment will still show up if you scroll back up.
