This is a very minor issue.  If you have a visible cell comment in a file you just opened and you delete it by selecting it and using the Delete key on the keyboard, the Save icon will remain disabled.  If you want to save this change, you'll have to randomly edit a cell or otherwise do somehing that Calc recognizes as a change for the Save icon to be enabled.

reproduced in OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version

I also notice that such a delete of a cell comment does not create an Undo action.
