Sample file

Open the sample file, check the chart X Axis format, it display as "1/99","3/99", do some modify and save the sample file in AOO, reload the saved file, check the X Axisi format, it changed to "1/4/1999","4/4/1999"

To reproduce this issue, you should save the sample file as .xls in OO3.4 first, then reload it, and check the chart in Sheet2.
