open the sample file in aoo 3.4 and compare it with Excel

the x axis label is vertical in excel but horizontal in aoo 3.4, thus the labels overlaps and cannot be read

opened defect in CQ: Sym3_2098

Correct file attached? Opening in Excel I see no chart at all.
