Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 119641
conditional formatting disapear if I add a column
Last modified: 2013-08-09 21:56:02 UTC
I have set conditional formating for the colums c --> h Then I insert a new column before the column b. the column c will become d ... h->i Then all conditional settings in the column d ... i are false (the condition is if($i3<>""1;0). It is also not possible to move the columns.
This does not happen on my (Linux rpm) installation.
i have a windows installation
may reproduce on AOo3.4 release version.
Created attachment 78323 [details] sample file I make a sample file for this defect in attachments. (after inserting new column before column b, there will be problem.) maybe the same problem.
Please look at issue 4155 and its duplicates too.
I can confirm the problem now.
I have seen related behavior with AOO v4.0.0 on Mac OS X 10.6.8. If the cell referenced in the conditional formatting is on another sheet, and that referenced cell moves because of an insertion or deletion, the formula for the conditional formatting is not modified. Also see related Bug 97254, and my comment to that bug.
