In the List Box properties at "Contents of the linked cell" I select "The selected entry" and Save but when I re-open the spreadsheet it has always reverted to "Position of the selected entry" and I have to re-edit all of my list boxes.

I reproduced this bug in win7 64 bits And I found the same error.
