The feature shrink to fit in cell is a very good idea ... but some times the shrinked text is very little. I want to have a mouse over featuure ... on mouse over calc displays the complete text in a bubble.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
