I've installed the getquote addon for calc. I've used the function extensively and till yesterday, everything seemed fine, then today all of a sudden (when the stock market opened), I saw the OOo was crashing on opening the document with the getquote addon. I tried opening as a different user, and saw the formula had changed (as seen in the attached document). "com.ejs.ooo.getquote." had been added.

Thus morphing the formula without permission.

This issue causes data loss, in my case it's complex formulas with involvement of 10 - 15 cells.

Formula appears "morphed" when GETQUOTE disabled or not present, however this is not permanent. With GETQUOTE enabled file opens very slowly and AOO appears to crash. However, wait with it and file opens successfully after several minutes. Slow opening is probably caused by internet connection speed or slow Yahoo Finance Server response.

1) Download extension getquote by Ted
2) Delete com.ejs.ooo.getquote. in attachment 76704 [details]
3) Save and File - Reload

com.ejs.ooo.getquote. is added to getquote function.
