sheet with comments

In CmntOff.ods, click&release the D5 comment ('=C5?') to select it, then drag it: OK.
	Now, click and drag the comment, then release: The arrow jumps to the top-left corner of the sheet --CmntOff.png. (It does not always do that. Try again!)
	Now, r-click cell D5 and hide the comment. Hover the pointer over the cell: comment appears with the correct arrow. But, return to show comment: wrong arrow is back!
	Now, save the file and reopen it (CmntOffB.ods): the shown comment has a correct arrow --CmntOffB.png. But... hide the comment and hover the pointer over the cell: comment appears with a different (though correct) arrow!--CmntOffC.png.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

Reset assignee on issues not touched by assignee in more than 2000 days.

1) open attachment 76235 [details]
2) drag comment of cell D5
3) right click D5 - uncheck Show Comment 
4) hover over cell D5

Comment is in original position before dragging.

defect found before 4.1.0,so change the version.
