Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached "Sample6.ods", sheet "Reparatur_Erforderlich"
2. Click on row heading "3" to select all line 3
3. <cntrl>+<c> for copy
4. change to sheet "Erledigt"
5. click into 'a3'
6. Long click Icon 'Paste (Strg+V -> Unformatted text'
   Expected: View as shown in sheet "Screenshots" - So should it look 
   Actual:  View as shown in sheet "Screenshots" - So does it look"
            Paste is broken for cells with line feed (?)

That's no problem with 3.1.1
Screenshots have been done with LibreOffice that shows the same problem.

Still REPRODUCIBLE with  "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – German UI / German locale  [AOO400m3(Build:9702)  -  Rev. 1503709 (2013-07-17) ]" on German German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile

0. Download / Unzip Test Kit
1. open sample2.ods from AOO Start Center
2. Click Row Heading 1 (selects all row 1)
3. <Control+C> for 'Copy'
4. Menu 'File -> New -> Calc Document'
5. Click Cell A1 in new document
6. Standard-Toolbar Icon 'Paste -> Unformatted Text'
   Expected: Single row
   Actual: 3 rows
7. Proceed with <OK>
   Expected: 1 single row like in source, but without formatting frills
   Bug: as predictable after Step 6 3 rows, looks like 

Additional Info:

a) Reasons seem to be the line feeds (Control+Enter> in Cells G1, H1
b) The same as LibO-"Bug FDO#32213 - [EDITING]: Paste Unformatted 
   Text broken for complex cell contents"
c) Was ok with OOo 3.1.1, might have come up with OOo 3.2

This one is not "Minor", but makes Calc more or less unusable for me.
