When using the format code: [S].00
an extra period is added to the end on each subsequent save
eg. [S].00.
    [S].00..
etc.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]", for me every
save-close-open adds a comma in front of the dots. When I change Decimal
Separator setting to ". / EN-USA" each save-close-open adds a dot in front of
the other dots.

Same with "Ooo-Dev 3.3 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [DEV300m83 (Build
9511)]".
