steps
-----------------------------------------
1:create a chart
2:edit Chart size
3:Save the new spreadsheet to xls format
4:Close the xls file
5:Open the same file again

This also happens for xlsx Excel 2007 support. I am not sure if these two issues
are related to issue 111404 or not.

doh, i misread this bug, the Excel 2007 bug is different, nevermind.
