In PDF export dialog the entry field "Pages" is in disabled state by default,
but it is not visible (e.g. should be greyed). It is confusing, because when I
try to focus it with mouse, nothing happens.

File - Export as PDF... - General - Range - Pages -> box is not highlighted when radio button is checked.
