Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 105925
make repeat rows visible in page break preview
Last modified: 2013-12-24 10:59:44 UTC
Switch to Page Break Preview. Set $1 as repeat row. Make $A$5:$B$10 a print range. Write something in the area A1:B10. The area $A$5:$B$10 gets a white background to indicate, that this area will be printed. If you make a Page Preview or print, you will see that the repeat row $1 is printed too. The printing behavior is OK, but I like to see it in the Page Break Preview too. Suggestion: The repeat row gets a different background, a light gray for example. Same of cause for repeat column.
IMHO "r" next to row number in row header is better because background may interfere with user formatting.
