Normally when you type in a cell, you get autocompletion for values that already
appear in an entire column. However, where a list of values has been specified
for a cell using Data/Validity, you want to have autocompletion for that list of
values.

Confirming.

Autocompletion should not show values, that violate settings of Data|Validity.
It should refer to a the list of given valid values.

Changing issue type from DEFECT to ENHANCEMENT.
