Problem on inserting rows it is very very slow . compare with an empty 
spreadsheet.

example:(all data in one worksheet range (A1:DL1 A20:DL20) with defined names 
on every columns so that it is easy to comprehend to other worksheets formula
and path to other worksheets for calculations. But it is very slow to work 
about 2-3 minutes.

It takes 2-3 seconds to insert a row in the attachment.
A more responsive behavior is required.
