(Follow up for http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=9709#desc58)
Repro:
1. open Calc, Insert - Special Character, font - Arial, subset - Latin-1, 
click character for 1/4 and click OK, Enter.
2. Return to A1 and press Ctrl-C.
3. Press Ctrl-N, Ctrl-Shift-V, check "Link" and click OK - you will get 
question mark.

The issue still exists in m56.
