I would be nice when deleting a name in the Define Name dialog if I could tell whether or not the name 
I'm deleting is used in the current spreadsheet.  For instance, [a] the dialog could show a count of uses 
per name or [b] when I delete a name with no uses the current, annoying "Do you really want to delete ...?
" sub-dialog could _not_ appear and when I delete a name that has one or more uses the sub-dialog 
could say "Do you really want to delete ... that is used?"
