Split from Issue 93522

Tested in OOo-dev 3.1  310m7(Build:9393) on Fedora Linux 9

Tested:
1) File > New > Spreadsheet
2) Insert > Note / Show Note
3) Change note size, position, text size, text color
4) Undo until note is removed
5) Redo until note is reformatted
6a) Copy/Paste note cell
6b) Undo paste; undo one step (revert to default text color)
6c) Copy/Paste note cell

Results:
* Note with full (re)formatting is correctly pasted in step 6a

Failed:
* Note with full (re)formatting is incorrectly pasted in step 6c, after undoing
one step

Testing with AOO 4.1 beta on Fedora Linux

I no longer see this exact problem, following the steps in the description, but there are other problems with undo/redo of formatted comments: sometimes formatting is lost (but may still appear if the cell is copy/pasted).

Leaving open for now.
