Unfortunately, for me, I am not able to read German. But...maybe the article affects the status of this issue? I may translate it and put it somewhere on the OOo sites... I think to fix this issue we need a "real" implementation, and put the short cuts into the default configuration. I assume this would also include an associated "Insert current timestamp" toolbar icon?
