When the fix for issue 65549 is integrated it will be possible to choose what
should be displayed in case of empty cells. Use the new property
'MissingValueTreatment' at the diagram. 
The new option should also be implemented in the im- and export. Thanks a lot!

fixed in DEV300/dr67 (OOo 3.1)
