The "do not show on first slide" is still in the selected state after cancel 
it.
1. Create a new presentation;
2. View -> Header and Footer -> select the "do not show on first slide" -> 
Apply
3. View -> Header and Footer -> cancel the "do not show on first slide" -> 
Apply
4. View -> Header and Footer
result: the "do not show on first slide" is still in the selected state.

In my mind this issue is duplicate to issue 72598.
