1, Open a new writer document.
2, Insert a blank table.
3, Using "Insert Indexes and Tables" to Insert a "Index/Table" (not protected 
against manual changes) in the cell of the table
4, change the number format of the cell containing the "Index/Table"
5, Press Ctrl + Z to undo
