Say I buy a list of contacts and alot are schools. I'd love to be able to say
Data->Select by Keyword and enter "school" or even "school" "schl" "college" and
then hit select. Then be able to say Cut and cut those rows and put them on
another spreadsheet. That would be so useful. See, the keyword is embedded in
the cell so sorting doesn't help.

timjowers,
you can hide your non-schools with the help of autofilter, and then copy
visible rows with planned feature from Issue
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33851

I suggest voting for i33851 (do not bother with comments - developers are
waiting for community to deveop specification at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Calc/Drafts/Issue_33851)

I also suggest to vote for issues
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=25855
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=69690 too.

Resolving as dup of 33851.

Or you're using the standard filter with output of the filtered data to another
sheet as it is possible since the beginnings of OOo
