Skip empty cells in paste special does not work. i have auto filtered the 
sheet. when i copy the criteria and paste it in another column, it pastes the 
data in the rows which were hidden while auto filtering.

I cannot reproduce your first problem with OOo 2.0.2. Note that it only applies 
to the source cells: empty source cells are not copied. Concerning your second 
problem: this probably woks as designed. Feel free to file an enhancement issue 
but check for duplicate first; thanks.
