  • Download and open the test document autofilter.ods

  • Switch to Sheet Databaserange if it is not opened with this Sheet active.

  • Select the autofilter on column A (Partnumber) to show AF004

  • Is a blue arrow shown in the Filter listbox to indicate this column has an filter applied ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column B (Part Name). Is there anything else than A318 Elite or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column C (Single Price). Is there anything else than 78000000 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column D (Stock). Is there anything else than 1 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column E (Expected payments). Is there anything else than 78000000 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Does the subtotal function show 1 in cell D21 and $78,000,000.00 in E21 ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Unset the Autofilter on Column A (Partnumber) by selecting All in the drop down listbox.


  • Select the Autofilter on column D (Stock) to show 6

  • Is a blue arrow shown in the Filter listbox to indicate this column has an filter applied ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column A (Partnumber). Is there anything else than AF001, AF009, AF010 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column B (Part Name). Is there anything else than A300-600SAT, A321, A330-200 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column C (Single Price). Is there anything else than 35685000, 43000000, 98000000 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Open the Autofilter drop down box on column E (Expected payments). Is there anything else than 214110000, 258000000, 588000000 or All, Top ten and Standard Filter ... on it ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • Does the subtotal function show 18 in cell D21 and $1,060,110,000.00 in E21 ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Set the Autofilter on Column B (Part Name) to A300-600SAT.

  • Are there now two blue arrows on the Autofilter drop down listboxes in columns B and D ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Is it possible to change the Autofilter value on Column C (Stock) to 5 ? If so, file an Issue.

  • Unset the Autofilter on Column B (Part Name) by selecting All from the drop down listbox.

  • Change the Autofilter value on Column D (Stock) from 6 to 3. Is the blue arrow still shown ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Does Column A now contain only the column header and the values AF018 and AF019 ? If not file an Issue.

  • Does Column B now contain only the column header and the values A380-800 and A380-800 F ? If not file an Issue.

  • Does Column C now contain only the column header and the values $221,000,000.00 and $198,000,000.00 ? If not file an Issue.

  • Unset the Autofilter on Column D (Stock) by selecting All in the drop down listbox.

  • Apply the Top 10 option from the drop down listbox of the Autofilter on column B (Part Name). is anything shown except of the column headers and a zero value in D21:E21 ? If yes, file an Issue.

  • remove the Top 10 option from the Autofilter on Column B by selecting All from the drop down listbox of the Autofilter.

  • Apply the Top 10 option from the drop down listbox of the Autofilter on column C (Single Price). Are the rows 11 to 20 shown ? Is D21 set to 55 and E21 set to $8,359,000,000.00 ? If not file an Issue.

  • Unset the Autofilter on Column C (Single Price) by selecting All in the drop down listbox.

  • Apply the option Standard Filter from the drop down listbox of the Autofilter in column B (Part Name)

  • In the new opened dialog window set the Value field of the first line to A319, the first Operator field to AND, the second Field name to Partnumber, the second condition to >=, the second value to AF018, the second operator to OR, the third Field name to Stock, the third condition to < and the third Value to 3.
    Click on the More button and tag the Copy results to... checkbox, type A25 into the target input line next to List box under the copy results to... checkbox.
    Click on Ok.

  • Are the Partnumbers AF004, AF006, AF015, AF016 and AF017 with the correspondent Values from the Part Name, Single Price, Stock and Expected payments columns pasted with the columnheaders and activated Autofilter into the range A25:E30 ? If not, file an Issue.

  • Close the document and discard the changes to be able to use the same document for the next testcase.

  • Download and open the test document autofilter.ods

  • Switch to the second sheet (Auto_Database_range)

  • Set the filter criterion on column B (Type) to Ruby using the drop down list box. Changed the black arrow down symbol to a blue one ? If not file an Issue.
    A4 and A7 contain Rubina and Princess ? B4 and B7 contain Ruby ? C4 and C7 contain 8-00 ct and 10.00 ct ? D4 and D7 contain $5,324.00 and $15,789.00 ? C8 shows 18.00 ct and D8 shows $21,113.00 ?
    If one of the above conditions is not met, file an Issue.

  • Set the Autofilter on column C (Weight) to 10 using the drop down list box. Now you should have two blue down arrows in the column headers, If not file an Issue.

  • Open the drop down list box on column A (Name), could you set an other name than Princess ? If so, file an Issue.

  • Place the cell cursor on A15 (point on A15 with the mouse pointer and click the left mouse button).
    Data - Filter - Autofilter
    Now you should have an autofilter selector box in A15 and B15. Set the drop down list box on A15 to tt. Open the drop down list box on B15. Is there anything else shown as All, Top ten, Standard Filter, 1 and 3 ? Id so, file an Issue.

  • Place the cell cursor in A1

  • Data - Filter - Autofilter

  • Set the drop down list box in A1 to All. Is the whole filtered area shown again ? If not file an Issue.

  • CTRL+Z (undo the filter range change) You should have on row with the Name set to Princess.

  • Data - Filter - Autofilter

  • Now the Autofilter should be removed and the whole range A1:D8 must be shown. If not file an Issue.
